The apartment is perched in a high-rise building (I.G.H.). The bay windows offer plenty of light and a wide panorama of the city.
The building’s structural column is an integral part of the interior design. Its presence is softened by a Georgian basalt stone facing.
The column also provides privacy in the sleeping area, while allowing light to circulate.
Neutral tones contribute to the soothing ambience. It also showcases paintings by Georgian artist Maka Batiashvili.
The centerpiece of the living area, the solid oak dining table was custom-designed by the architectural firm.
The open kitchen provides visual rhythm, thanks to contrasting colors and the sculptural marble stone central island.
The sun caresses the waxed concrete walls. An opportunity to admire the extractor hood, which blends delicately into the décor.
Dark wood panels offer a warm touch, and here hide storage and appliances.
The same material covers two entire wall sections: cupboards in the living room and bedroom, and access to the shower room…
Here, the codes of the apartment are used to create a beautiful unity: waxed concrete, cylindrical shape, light switches and wall lights all fit perfectly into the continuity of the project.
The black zellige tiles create a visual break and give the room an assertive character.
