The entrance leads into a compact, sleek kitchen.
Made from stained birch plywood, it blends seamlessly into the décor, while concealing its technical function.
Nearby, the dining area is nestled under a mezzanine floor with five-meter high ceilings!
The mezzanine also houses the shower room and WC, allowing the living room to benefit directly from the brightness of the windows.
A skylight brings additional natural light, which reflected in the mirrored cupboard doors, to the entrance hallway. An aluminum veneer applied to the front of the WC subtly reflects the ambient light.
With its waxed concrete and natural pine, the shower room echoes the living room, creating a homogenous result that blurs the boundaries between rooms.
Access to the bedroom is via a sculptural, elegant staircase.
A generously sized dressing room is revealed by the glow of a full-height screen.
The tour ends with the bedroom. The skylight brings light and perspective to this confined space.
