Joyeuse, the entrance is marked by color: a clever way to create a visual marker and delimit spaces, even without partitions! Bonus: a little 3D effect gives a modern twist to this apartment’s Haussmannian envelope.
The kitchen continues the immersion in the deep blue sea! This color is systematically used in depth, whether for the perspective of the entrance or for the credenza. Combined with the immaculate white, there’s a real air of the Cyclades here!
In the evening, the lighting enhances the space and makes the kitchen fully functional. Did you notice the brushed aluminum effect of the electrical outlets, echoing the household appliances?
Here, from walls to ceiling, white is king! So as not to steal the limelight from @maisonbahya’s cement tiles. It also amplifies natural light from the window.
Near the entrance, the toilet is revealed through a small hatch. The latter is fitted with cupboards and a small bookcase: space optimization again!
In a living room enlarged to 29 m², the original parquet floor deliberately retains traces of the previous layout. Left exposed, the boundaries of the old shower room create irregular lines that add a touch of life and personality.
A built-in, custom-designed sideboard adorns this corner of the living room. It takes the form of a curve that elegantly accompanies the circulation to the first bedroom.
The wall, clad with full-height storage units, creates a bridge bed that optimizes the space around it. The perfect accessory for your dressing room!
The facades are painted in a soft, soothing shade called “Craie”, by @ressource_paint. The alcove, on the other hand, is adorned in an elegant almond green that welcomes contrast with warm colors.
The second bedroom features a masonry headboard. The atmosphere here is a little more raw and exotic, thanks in particular to the use of dark wood veneers.
With this partial partition, it looked more like a sleeping area than a separate bedroom. But it’s really a lovely master suite. But what’s behind it… ?
The shower room is revealed! Guests can access it from the living room, without having to go through the bedroom. The vanity unit with its textured fronts was designed by @bocklip, @ikea’s furniture customization specialist.
