The tone is set: white is everywhere, from the cement floor to the walls, ceilings and custom furniture. The result is a highly homogeneous “white box” effect…
… which favors the emergence of objects and also of a host of details. The column becomes a sculpture: it is lined with a buttoned shell in polished aluminum.
In front of the equally immaculate kitchen, the pastel-blue onyx kitchen island adds a highly poetic touch: it’s like a frame of blue sky into which you want to plunge.
Onyx accompanies us right into the living room, where the profusion of shelves showcases objects to their best advantage. We can’t get enough of the quirky, bubblegum look of Qeeboo’s Pupa armchair.
At the far end, a structural element catches the eye… a passageway to the other rooms? More storage space?
Let’s get a little closer, even if the column is definitely playing the role of troublemaker! We’ll take this opportunity to admire the copper-toned suspension that warms up the atmosphere.
Surprisingly, this space reveals both a corridor and an ash-wood pedestal. Composed of five floor-to-ceiling sliding panels, it isolates the office and conceals a folding bed, wardrobe and bookcase.
The tour is full of surprises. What’s behind this astonishing cylindrical relief wall?
Clad in pearly mosaic on the inside, it houses the open shower. It also provides visual privacy for the bedroom and living room.
From the bedroom, the smoothness of the flow is obvious. Light, air and sight flow seamlessly between rooms.
The tour ends with one of the few enclosed spaces: the bathroom / restroom. A neat nod to the living room: light blue and pink are found on the shower mosaic.
