We begin our visit with the L-shaped entrance lined with midnight-blue, full-height cupboards. The passageway to the living room is painted in candy pink.
On the other side, another row of cupboards conceals…
…a passage to the bedroom!
The living room was treated soberly, with the original walls and beams painted white. It’s the furniture that adds color to the space.
View of the living room from the kitchen. The storage units in the hallway enter the room through a large cutout in the partition, creating a passageway between the two spaces.
The mood changes in the kitchen! While the dining table is colored in soft pink, the atmosphere behind the table is quite different, thanks to this arched partition painted in coral.
The velvety-finish warm gray housings temper the profusion of colors. The unsightly hood duct is now a decorative element in its own right!
At the front, the pale pink terrazzo kitchen island doubles as a bar and creates a small corridor leading to the toilet, designed especially for guests.
The interior houses a toilet and bathroom sink in a revisited boudoir style, thanks to 70’s-inspired pastel pink tiles that echo the other rooms.
The bedroom is also accessed from the living room, designed to be minimal and relaxing, with neutral tones and only the bare essentials of furniture.
Access to the bathroom is via the bedroom only, as in a suite. To prolong the unity of the “water rooms”, it has been covered with the same tiles as in the restroom.
