This 35-square-meter apartment in the Marais had remained untouched for decades, with a pointlessly low false ceiling–not to mention a bathroom right in the middle of the living room. Architects Urban Stirnberg and Laetitia Esteve were brought in to reorganize and free up the volumes of this unusual attic space.
