Before starting our tour, let’s take a look at the long facade of this small townhouse. It backs onto the rock, high up in the upscale Chiaia district.
Since the bedrooms were installed on the first floor so that the living room could benefit from the terrace, a real entrance was created.
It leads to two bedrooms on either side. The first features a light-catching black wall and yellow floor.
The underside of the window has been fitted out with a custom-made desk. The room is more functional, and working hours are more inspiring with a beautiful view!
The second bedroom has two black-painted windows. Its minimalist furnishings are enhanced by a vintage chrome wall lamp and bedside cabinet that play with the light.
To reach the first floor, you take a unique staircase… the top part is carved directly into the rock! Four white steps have been added to reach the staircase, creating a successful blend of authenticity and modernity.
We start our visit in the welcoming living room. As the owner is a design enthusiast, the living room has been furnished in a functionalist spirit with vintage pieces.
The kitchen is installed in the passageway leading to the office. Despite its small size, it remains functional and, above all, reveals the mountainside!
The last room is the study, entirely dedicated to reading and displaying personal objects.
