The entrance is not cluttered. It does, however, know how to combine functionality and elegance, with this fold-down wall desk that adds a vintage vibe.
The kitchen is handled like a piece of furniture. Its rounded edges echo the shape of the apartment’s two balconies, softening the volume.
Its character is also expressed through the beautiful contrast between the midnight blue of the fronts and the raw MDF inside its cupboards.
The piping is left exposed so as not to waste space and light with casings. The result is a lovely intersection of lines and an industrial touch that we welcome with open arms.
In the living room, it’s easy to see how a beautiful piece of design can enhance an interior: we love the 560 Mushroom Armchair by the famous designer Pierre Paulin (1927-2009)!
In the same spirit of comfort and delicacy: zoom in on the @pierre_chapo_vintage pull-out bench that can accommodate two guests.
The bedroom is revealed behind sliding doors. The room thus takes on the appearance of a double living room, giving way to space and light!
The layout focuses on the centerpiece, the bed. The headboard features an impressive 4-arm sconce by goldsmith-artist Serge Mouille (1922-1988).
The smooth, tone-on-tone fronts of the full-height cupboards do not visually overload the space, while highlighting the passageway to the shower room.
The bathroom has a very graphic feel, thanks to the use of black grout and the architectural curves of the building.
To maintain privacy again, this room can also be accessed from the living room, so guests don’t have to go through the owners’ bedroom!
