In this corner apartment, a star-shaped configuration leads to almost all the rooms to maximize the usable space.
A Bauwerk herringbone parquet floor covers the floor evenly to blend the rooms together, with the exception of the bathroom, which features glass-paste tiles.
A full-height wooden sliding door can be used to partition the shower room for privacy.
In the spirit of modularity, a curtain also separates this space from the bedroom.

They took advantage of the recess in the extension of the restroom to insert a dressing room in the wall.
This is followed by access to the living room with a new sliding door.
On the front, every nook and cranny is exploited to create storage space without taking up floor space.
The uniform application of white from wall to ceiling enhances the feeling of space and blurs the lines, making you forget the apartment’s convoluted envelope.
It’s also an opportunity to introduce bolder decorative touches, like this rug designed by Mexican design studio Rrres.
Or this vintage yellow armchair!
The kitchen reveals itself on this load-bearing wall.
The room has a minimalist, modernist feel.
The atmosphere is underlined by Le Corbusier’s LC6 table and wooden benches, which allow many visitors to be accommodated, while maintaining a harmonious movement flow.
