Here we are in the entrance hall, which leads to all the rooms in the apartment. The partition leading to the bedrooms is clad in walnut paneling that warms up the white, black and gray tones.
The walnut partition leads into the master bedroom and extends into a dressing room.
The bathroom is at the far end of the hall. The radiator on the wall matches the contemporary atmosphere created by the waxed concrete floor and straight lines.
The graphic design continues above the square sink, slightly offset from the round mirror, all lit by a suspended LED bar.
The restroom follows the dress code of the bedroom: wooden furniture, white walls and touches of black! In the mirror, you’ll notice that the doors are “under hangings” for maximum discretion!
Change of zone, and therefore change of floor: we’re moving into the living room! The waxed concrete gives way to varnished oak herringbone parquet.
The kitchen’s base units extend along the entire length of the entrance wall, opening up the view and revealing the unfinished concrete ceiling!
Focus on the room’s only wall unit, a custom-built oak tower that integrates the appliances and defines the axis of the dining area.
View from the kitchen. It boasts a huge bay window and a southwest-facing loggia – a must! The building is equipped with openwork sliding shutters that diffuse soft light.
The living room is eclectic, with a happy mix of Scandinavian and Oriental-inspired pieces.
