Let’s take a glance through this porthole. You can see the contemporary, uncluttered spirit of the place. But an oak structure comes in to be the spoilsport…
… It can also be found in the open kitchen. The polyurethane resin floor is the same throughout the apartment. In fact, it’s this structure that delimits the spaces!
In its continuity, it creates completely versatile storage modules. Like a blank canvas where each guest can express himself differently.
Few elements clutter up the room. So large spaces remain free, ready to be occupied.
Let’s turn around the bench seat, which becomes one with the bed. Hidden between the two are storage compartments. The canopy structure is a clever way of visually delimiting the bedroom.
The mirror softens the atmosphere with its round shape. It achieves this multipurpose row.
Particular care has been taken to open up the view of the terrace and the outdoors. From the kitchen, the bedroom disappears into the background.
A very functionalist state of mind, from this point of view. But this mischievous porthole draws us in. What’s behind it?
A surprise awaits when you return to the entrance hall! The only personal touch from the owner, a cycling enthusiast, is a bicycle storage unit integrated into the middle of the full-height wardrobe.
The shower couldn’t be less original. With its imitation cement tile ceramic floor, it is designed as a box, thanks to the reminder of the wooden frame.
