The particularly elaborate set design is by Amandine Gros (@parenthesepoetique) and Bumper (@bumperfrance).. From the entrance, luminous grooves and a track of lights guide you through the apartment. A mirror extends the perspective and increases the sense of space.
Previously integrated into the living area, the sleeping area is now independent. It takes the form of a contemporary black box that also helps to dramatize the entrance.
The bed nestles delicately into it, creating a very intimate atmosphere. Lighting also plays a key role: a canopy at the head of the bed is ideal for night-time reading; in the morning, natural light filters through the canopy. the glass roof.
The powder room reiterates the principle of the black box and careful lighting, establishing an attractive thread running through the layout.
The load-bearing wall in the center of the plan was lined with Placo® to accommodate a TV screen. It is covered with large-format tiles with a very mineral look.
We know how to entertain! The made-to-measure bench seat is combined with an @muji.fr table, whose dimensions are specially designed for compact spaces. The black column on the left hides storage space.
Zoom in on the flute glass in the glass shelf, which holds everything you need to serve an aperitif. You’ll feel like you’re in an elegant lounge bar!
The kitchen is a deliberate choice of immaculate white. It catches the light from the window and creates a lovely contrast with the black.
Space optimization remains the watchword, with an abundance of full-height cupboards. The kitchen even has the luxury of an occasional table, for breakfast for two!
The wall behind the sofa is made of painted MDF wood panels. Hollow joints allow for a succession of deliberate grooves that visually energize the room.
The show is all about fabrics, for warm exchanges. We love the Livingstones pebble armchairs and cushions by @smarin_studio, which perfectly echo the mineral wall in the dining area.
The apartment has one last surprise in store: a beautiful balcony with a custom-made wooden bench, packed with storage space. Shall we toast?
