To meet the needs of the homeowners, architect Laura Sicot imagined a framework of custom-made storage units to accommodate their belongings without losing any living space. The minimalist niches in the entrance are perfectly optimized.
A color code was established to differentiate the spaces without compartmentalizing them. The entrance, painted entirely in khaki green, contrasts with the living space, which is pared down and has a woody feel…
…and a few more vibrant touches, such as curtains, plants and storage unit decoration.
The streamlined kitchen opts for neutral, natural colors that highlight the texture of the materials.
The dark wood slatted countertop dialogues with the light stone worktop and glossy tiled credenza.
The shower room was completely redesigned and reorganized to retain the surface area of the main rooms.
Terrazzo on the credenza, copper-colored faucets, water-green wall: the bathroom uses contrasting materials while maintaining a minimalist spirit.
A dressing room was created in the bedroom to preserve the volume of each room.
The royal blue color scheme continues in the bedroom. In particular, through a vast bookcase set into the wall…
…and in the office area, optimizing floor space and mixing functions.
